LIGHTCRAFT Local delivery timing are only available during weekdays: Monday to Friday, between 10am and 6pm.

Please Note: It is required for customers to be present during the stipulated delivery time by LIGHTCRAFT delivery to avoid holding up the delivery team from deliveries to other customers. We seek your understanding on this. Customers or his representative are required to check immediately upon receipt of the items. No claims for breakage, shortage or damage shall be entertained unless notified to us in writing three days of receipt of goods.
Your delivery location must also be accessible via elevator (i.e. on the same storey as lift landing) or must be on the same floor as the goods loading/unloading area. Free Delivery is made anywhere within Singapore (except offshore islands and restricted zones).
If the delivery crew is unable to send your items to your location via the elevator at point of delivery (e.g Lighting fixture are unable to fit into elevator, or elevator unserviceable upon delivery crew’s arrival, or refusal of elevator access by building management etc.) LIGHTCRAFT will assess (at our own discretion) the feasibility of the Lighting fixture being carried up via staircase in a non-hazardous manner. Lightcraft Pte Ltd reserves the right to change the delivery date and time should any unforeseen circumstances arise in the midst of delivery. While we endeavor to adhere to our schedule delivery timings and warrant to act within our means to notify you the soonest possible of any delays or difficulties, you acknowledge that you will, at no point in time, hold Lightcraft Pte Ltd liable for any inconvenience, losses, damages, injury, charges, expenses and/or deaths that may arise from any delayed, postponed, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries, to the extend permitted by Law.
